Staff can select the transaction type, add the slip number, choose the date and immediately see the current balances of both the “From Account” and “To Account.” This makes it simple to check and confirm amounts before saving.
Enter the transaction amount, pick the payment mode (cash, bank and others) and add reference details or remarks for better clarity. Every entry is saved instantly and updates the balances of the related account books automatically. This removes manual calculations and ensures every payment or receipt is recorded accurately.
